Brain Bop

Brain Bop

Warm Ups for Muscles
and Minds

A series of warm ups based on developmental movement patterns that all humans move through from pre-birth to age one. These warm ups promote concentration, social skills, math and reading aptitude. Refreshing and relaxing, this sequence of patterns helps build vital connections between the brain cells. Each activity combines movement with current brain research to bring lasting benefits to everyone.

Brain Bop is for All Ages since nervous systems and human beings learn and develop throughout life.

Brain Bop is useful to start the day, wake up or calm down, any time concentration is poor, before homework or testing, as an exercise or dance activity, during inside recess or just for fun.

Here's what people are saying...

Last week when we started achievement testing, at least one kid from every class that was testing came into music and said, "We're testing today, can we Brain Bop?" How cool is that? -- Marjorie Nelson, Music Teacher, Streator, IL

My daughter, Sylvan, age three and a half, absolutely LOVES the haunted house track! Every night for the past week and a half she adamantly demands we listen to it with the lights down low, and we must exhibit all of the appropriate gestures: shaking, lying on our bellies for the magic carpet, climbing, et. al. I think she knows the entire piece by heart. Thanks for doing such a great CD! -- Bruce R., Urbana, IL
